In accordance with British Airways refund policy, customers who purchase refundable fares are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of their purchase. After 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be subtracted from the refund before it is given. Only the tax portion of non-refundable fares will receive a refund; YQ will not. The most stringent criterion will apply and such tickets will be regarded as non-refundable if the passengers have a combination of refundable and non-refundable fares.
