When I walked in to inquire about ticket adjustments, the staff gave me a thorough explanation. They put me at ease and were kind and professional. Seeing such outstanding customer service is a welcome change. My visit was enhanced by the office's excellent organization and neatness. After a short wait, I had all the information I required and was on my way. Because of this wonderful experience, I will most certainly utilize Singapore Airlines once more. I heartily suggest this office to all visitors to Beirut.
