At present, preparing for MCSA certification program.
At my last work place at Palal Group Ltd. (2011-2014, & 2003-2007), I was responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the IT infrastructure of the company. During my employment period with Palal Group Ltd., I've got chances to work for some of its sister concerns (and JV projects) such as UTSCH AG (Germany, Security Technology), Dizayn Etiket (Turkey, Printing Solution) and Rachna Overseas Pvt. Ltd. (India, Identification & Tracking Solution).
Before joining Palal Group, I worked for Pinonline A/S (Copenhagen) & Compulance ApS (Odense) (2008-2010) as IT Support Engineer, where I was responsible for designing and implementing IT infrastructure, administrating servers, and manage development team and the implementation and execution of projects.
I have a Master of Science in Computer Science MS-CS with emphasis on IT management and security from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden. On my Master Thesis project, I've covered topics such as usability & security, using tools such as SHERPA and Learnability Metrics.
Recently, my book ''Human Error and Learnability Evaluation'' has been published and it's available on various leading retailers [ISBN-13: 978-3844304428].
