We are having a school project where we have to outsource our designs and to get a working prototype afterwards. We will offer PSD files + slices of our design. The goal is to create a mobile app for Android, which will have to function accordingly to our functional specs. It does not have to be 100% working, but only some features which we will describe here: - simple login- write/save a message / article - insert pictures from an external page (simple slideshow)- view articles Our maximum budget is 10.000 kr, so the offers can be maximum in that range.
