This is a web site for sale of real-estate properties.

- Domain and webhosting are taken care of.
-The general theme of the logo must reflect following themes: joy, pleasure, luxury and trust. Logo needs to be ’clean’ and sharp. Less is more.
- This web page will containt thousands of real-estate units. Therefore it is necessary that it has a search engine that makes it possible to search among different properties (houses, apartments, investment properties, etc.) as well as different purposes (purchase, sale, rent).

- All of the properties will be downloaded from a web page xxx (’donor’ web site) in XML format. Furthermore:” The system packs one generated static HTML file (the offer) and some photographs of the property. Once the packed file has been downloaded, it can be unpacked and edited for use.” (relates to the ‘donor’ web page).
- It will also be possible to download relevant banners from the donor page.
