F1rst Fridays are networking events for entrepreneurs. We give the stage to any one working on a startup; presenters get 3 min. x 3 slides. The only rule is you can't sell - the point is to ask for help ("I need a co-founder", "we're looking for an investor", "I need a contact in Silicon Valley", etc.). The crowd then networks with presenters to figure out who can they can help.

F1rst Friday - Networking for entrepreneurs.

Take a 3min. x 3 slides slot and ask the crowd for help. No pitching, no selling, only useful networking.

F1rst Friday was started by Alex Farcet (Startupbootcamp) and Sune Pedersen (OK1) and was born out of frustration with the typical networking event: a (sometime boring) guest speaker followed by random networking. We've turned things around and given the stage to entrepreneurs.

Each 3 min. slot is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to ask the crowd for help - "I need a co-founder", "I'm looking for a Ruby on Rails guru", "I need a contact in Berlin", etc. We don't allow sales pitches and spamming, we just want entrepreneurs to network with people who want to help them.
