The starting point is a research-performing small company in need of public funding for an innovative idea.
Eurostars is a joint programme co-funded from the national budgets of 36 Eurostars countries and by the European Union through Horizon 2020.
Eurostars is open to projects in all technology areas and market fields.
The consortium must include at least two partners independent from each other and established in at least two different countries (Average of 3-4 partners).
With its bottom-up approach, Eurostars stimulates international collaborative research and innovation projects.
The project must be completed in 36 months or less. The Eurostars project market introduction of the project results should be within 24 months of the completion of the project.
