Crossware is a software company with a staff of 20 people, based in Auckland, New Zealand. We sell a unique proprietary product called Crossware Mail Signature, which manages branding consistency and adds marketing capability to emails. We launched in 2006 and sold our product to 450 customers who, between them, have 400,000 staff using the product every time they send an email. Ninety-five per cent of our customers are based beyond New Zealand shores.
We have grown by 25% per annum over the past two years despite the effect of the Global Financial Crisis, and achieved revenue of $NZ2 million this year. We are ambitious to escalate our scale and the speed of our growth. Our current market is restricted to the 50 million Lotus Notes users worldwide. With further product development we can treble our potential market to include Microsoft Exchange and cloud-based email users. To achieve this we are now expanding with service centres in the UK and the US.
