Der er nok ingen tvivl om at det er en typosquatting - og her mener jeg at ICANN har lavet en ret klar strategi. Især når man går ind på domænet og ser at det bliver brugt til parkering af reklamer rettet imod sikkerhed på internettet og omkring spam. Så en helt klar snylter. Men du må da være lidt stolt over at I nu er så kendte at folk laver typosquatting på jer?

Når I nu er igang med at få jeres varemærke registreret og har været i drift i en række år, så vil jeg mene at I burde kunne få domænet - men lad os høre om udfaldet.

What domain names are allowed in your program?
Any domain names that consist of generic keywords that do not infringe on trademarks are generally accepted. Our program does not specialize in adult or gambling oriented domain names and such domain names should be pointed elsewhere to those services that do cater to such domain name traffic.

Are mistypes or misspellings of domain names allowed?
Any mistypes or misspellings of domains names that are of allowed domain names are accepted.

Any domain names that are mistypes or misspellings of inappropriate domain names described below are not allowed in our program.

What domain names are not allowed in your program?
Any domain names that are considered abusive, inappropriate or invalid are not allowed in our program. Any such domain names that are found to fall into the descriptions below will be asked to be removed from our program immediately.

Hitfarm does not accept any domain names that are deemed abusive, inappropriate, or invalid according to our terms of service. If you feel that there are domain names that fall into this category, please fill out this form.

1. it does not have the right to use or to associate data with that URL;
   
2. it does not have appropriate rights to reproduce and distribute any of the content (other than the Licensed Materials) available at that URL;
   
3. the URL violates the trademark (or other related rights), copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party;
   
4. the URL violates any applicable law or is subject to an injunction;
   
5. the URL is libelous, defamatory or obscene;
   
6. if the content available at the URL includes software, it contains a virus, worm or other code that could be damaging or harmful to a user''s computer system or stored information; or
   
7. the URL is contrary to our policies for similar implementations of the our Services, and we have so notified the publisher.
