Hmm hvad gør de, hvis den der uploader billedet kun har brugsret, men ikke er fotografen bag billedet. De kan ikke opstille regler, der går imod dansk lovgivning.
Så vidt jeg kan læse i Google Picasas betingelser så mister du ikke retten til billedet hvis du uploader til picasa. Så dem kan du vel bruge istedet for..
Ja, men hvis nogen har svaret på dette, så vil jeg ikke læse betingelserne igennem selv, så det var egentlig mere derfor.
