Hi guys - Here's a more detailed list of what we're looking for - looking forward to hearing from you!   

- good analytical skills, able to make functional designs and wireframes
- specialist in software architecture
- good knowledge of the asp.net development environment
- experienced with databases (MS SQL Server)
- able to lead a team of off- and onsite developers
- needs to be able to handle quality assurance and code reviews
- good knowledge of hosting platforms and infrastructures handling with large amounts of users
- experienced with web 2.0 community oriented web applications
