Hej alle Aminoer, Jeg vil bare lige advare mod en scam mail som jeg lige har modtaget. I dette tilfælde fra et Domain firma fra Hong Kong. De skriver:
Dear CEO/Manager, We are a Global Domain Name Registration Center in Hong Kong, mainly dealing with domain name registration and internet intellectual property rights protection. On March.25,2010 we received a formal application from a local company of your country who is applying to register some domain names with the keyword “adboost ” and register it as their keyword. After investigation, we find that you are the original user of the keyword. As this refers to your company name or trade mark, according to our policy, to avoid the confusion and dispute on the internet, we are responsible to inform you and would like to know your ideas. If you agree about this issue, we will finish the third company's registration. If you don't agree the third company’s registration, please inform me. I’m looking forward to your reply. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation. Kind Regards, Derek Fan
Det er selvf. scam, og efter en kort søgning fandt jeg da også dette link: http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/security/?p=2376&tag=content;leftCol OBS! Lad være med overhovedet at svare tilbage på denne slags! Det vil bare gøre din email-adresse aktiv i deres øjne, og kan evt. blive solgt videre til andre der laver scam.

De vil nok nærmere presse dig til at købe en række domænenavne til overpris, så du ikke risikerer, at ondsindende konkurrenter (der naturligvis ikke eksisterer) ikke køber dem af ham.
Det er et velkendt scam og i perioder er der også telefonsælgere i Danmark der forsøger sig på lignende vis.
