Planing to sell food (crepes) from bicycle. Which permits are needed?

Hello,

I am planing to sell food from tricycle. I know that to do that I need to buy mobile street vendors permit in Kobenhavn Komune.

I was also told to register in Naeringsbasen. However, when called them was told that there is no need to register when annual sales are less than 50k DKK.

Are there other requirements to starts this business? How about hygiene certificate? Is it needed and how and where is it possible to aquire it?
