hjælp med mit media forum.

Hi Ive been thinking of starting a forum for everyone in social media,ard/design,music entertaintment. Idea is to have aplatfrom so that everyone in these fields can network ,share thoughts,ideas, opinions. Question to all aminos is that should I start a forum from scratch or should I buy an existing site for sale in this area?OF course ipart of nterational site would have to be translated to danish?
