Hi all! Writing this in english as my danish sucks, sorry.. I'm about to start an "enkeltmandsfirma" in October this year. This company will be invoicing over 100.000 DKK per month (i'm a freelance consultant). In time, i will make this an ApS (when i have accrued the necessary capital) I'm looking to get some help from a specialized lawyer/accountant who can give me advice etc. to ensure everything goes smoothly and that i am able to follow any requirements from SKAT and also find out what i can claim as expenses, how the VAT is handled (if required since i will be invoicing a swedish agency), how the salary payments should be handled since I'd like to employ my wife in the busines (admin, customer contacts etc.) Any contacts in/near Frederiksberg would be welcome.
