IT Phone-supporters

Right People cooperates with independent consultants that are used at various roles in IT- and business projects at our customers.

We are currently looking for skilled IT-phone supporters that can support our customer in their helpdesk.

You should have a fairly broad IT-knowledge, but even more importantly you should be very interested in working with IT-phone support and following the customer’s procedures. You will work as an external consultant at the customer, and it is highly important that you have an understanding of this role, and are able to act in a highly service-oriented and professional manner

You must speak English and preferably Danish. Furthermore it is a great advantage if you are able to speak one or more of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Hungarian or Polish.

If you are an independent consultant you are offered 300 kr./hour. If you are not an independent consultant you can potentially be offered a project hiring. The period is expected to last from 3 to 6 months.

The customer is located in Humlebæk north of Copenhagen, and you will be physically placed at the customer. Furthermore you will be given training in the specific procedures and systems at the customer.

Your Qualifications
We are looking for a consultant for this project that has the following qualifications:

• Broad IT-knowledge on super-user level
• Interest in IT-phone support and a highly professional and service oriented approach
• Preferably you know one or more foreign language besides English and Danish
• Relevant education with good results
