How to make an easy yearly report for and IvS with almost 0 activity

Hi,

I'd like to get a bit of help on my annual report. I have few activities and almost 0 income. But I don't have a clue to which fields the stuff goes.
We started the company with 3000 DKK which was paid from private account.
The lawyer withdraw -1875 DKK establishment fee and -670 DKK Skat establishent fee
Then we made a business bank account and in the bank account there are multiple entries like:
-2500 bank establishment fee
+2500 transfer from my private account to the company account
-400 bank fees
+400 I transfer again from my private account
-11.32 bank interest
-7.56 bank provision
+455 - lawyer sends the remainder of the establishment sum
-171.92 - Google Play registration fee
+384.95 - From Skat - part of which is +375 the lawyer fee VAT return
+26.58 - Income from GoGetFunding :)

Then in the Skat acount
-800 we got a fine for not reporting VAT
-2.95 interest
-5.54 interest
-5.77 interest
-5.79 interest
+830 I transfer from my private account to company's Skat account
+375 the actual VAT return from the lawyer fees
-384.95 - Skat transfer this amount to the business acount
-1.32 interest again

I am really confused on how everything goes and where.
I would avoid paying an accountant since there is only +675.73 in the business acount and most of it is me transferring from my private account.
Can you guys help me figure out how to transform the mess above into a report?

ps. What's worse, I am a foreigner but at least the yearly reporting form basis 2.0 has the option for english
pps. How about the funny part where I transfer from my private to SKAT and then SKAT sent to the business account? I can't even imagine where that would go.

It seems that you don't have any bookkeeping established. While you may be able to do bookkeeping in a spreadsheet, you should consider a bookkeeping system.

I happen to be the director of www.portfolio.help which is an accounting system that also helps you generate the annual report (and the system is available in english). It would only cost you 500 dkk + vat a year.

Your transactions seem fairly straightforward, so no problems there.

You will need some assistance from an accountant though. In particular, the tax reporting on skat.dk is somewhat complicated - even for us natives.
