Probably has been asked million times, the question, but since I do not understand Danish, I will have to ask it again, with an example:
1. I have boguht wholesale product for 100.
2. I have payed import tax of 25% on that product + shipping etc. = 130 Kroner is my cost for the product.
3. Im selling that product for 200 Kroner + Sale Moms = 250 Kroner
4. My earnings here are 70 Kroner. Is there taxes that need to be payed on that as well?
And what about deductables, Those initial 100 kroner payed for the product are as well an expense that company undertook in order to generate all the other amounts? Are those deductable or?
What about shipping costs that i had to pay for the product? Gas for the car to pick them up? Rent for the storage where i keep them and rent for the store where i sell them? Monthly payments for the webshop where i sell them as well, shipping matherials when i pack them etc?
As well, there is one more uncertainty that I have. So, customers who are buying something on my webshop, will at one point pay for shipping. What they are doing basically is that they are giving shippment money to me so that i can forward them to the Currier. So, basically, there is no netto earnings for me in this case, as for all that has been forwarded to the 3rd party, so how is that distinguishable from my actual earnings in front of the eyes of the SKAT.. ?
You need to sit with someone to explain all this. Your are frankly spoken a bit too far from understanding
When calculating profit - never think about VAT which is NOT part of income or cost so only think cost of product (incl freight) and you selling price VAT you pay will be deducted from you selling VAT and your selling VAT is paid by you customer
You include all costs - incl what you pay for freight and all as costs - and that is deducted from you selling price incl freight and all (nothing to say if you make profit on it or not) and you selling income is all you get incl freight - again all of it ex VAT
Pay for someone to go this through with you or you may get a problem

So, if I have understood you correctly it goes like this:
Purchase Price of the product + import taxes on the product because it is imported from italy + freight of the product to denmark + freight of the product to the end customer = Total Product Cost = 100 Kroner.... I sell and ship the product for 125 Kroner (Without moms) (156 with) = 25 Kroner here are the netto earnings. moms is paid 31 kroner on top of that Company gets to keep those 25 kroner, and all the taxes to the state have been paid?
There are no import tax from EU You will have import VAT but that is registrered as sales VAT as well as purchace VAT so no money involved
If total price for import goods freight and all you cost to get the goods to the customer (+ I suppose other costs running your company) is 100 dkk - and you sell for 125 + VAT then you pay in the net VAT - in this case 31 dkk and you have a profit of 25 dkk as you taxable net income (you pay you company or personal tax on those 25

The rest of the taxable netto income is taxable as a normal income that i have, 37% and it raises as the total income raises until it reaches Top Skat i suppose? And I suppose as well is counted alongside with my salary or as a separate? Meaning if I have 350.000 of annual income from my employer, and netto income of 150.000 in my company, it is all accounted as one income and in this case, 500.000?
And if that is the case, what would you suggest as a better option, having a single man company that has netto earnings taxable as my private earnings or have an APS or IVS, where my personal income does not affect company's income, with a down side of being more difficult to withdraw money from IVS than the single man company? But all in all, what would you sau is a better option, Tax-vise?
correct - though it is more like 41% (the 37 is because you also have personal deductions)
Enkeltmands or IVS as such will result in same tax before the money is in you pocket - and enkeltmand can use VSO as well (tax form much like company where you are taxed on what you take out) - in the end it will be much the same and the question is more of a risk covering nature (and more costs and admin in ApS/IVS
