Jeg forsøger at hjælpe min ven i gang i DK og her er hans oplevelse: So a day of ease, sunlight clear empty blue skies and a happy me as I wandered the halls of danish officialdom. One set of papers delivered and a huge catch-22 identified in the system which goes like this: State admin: Thank you, where is your CVR number Me: I need a CPR number to be able to get a CVR number for my business State admin: that is correct Me: How do i get a CPR number State admin: you need a paper from us to say that you can stay in Denmark Me: OK, can I have the paper from you please? State admin: No I need a CVR number before I can issue... Oh! I had to visit only 5 different buidings to be able to have the above conversation! When I visited the Tax people they were equally un-helpful as all the people that dealt with tax numbers for self-employed were not answering thier phones 12:30 on a Friday. Frustrated tax lady, "Here's a number call them on Monday" So in summary, State admin have my papers, Tax have my papers, state admin will contact me next week, I will contact tax next week. This case is only for people who are self employed. If you have an employer the system works like magic. Jeg har selv prøvet noget lignende i England, hvor man ikke kunne få en bolig uden at være registreret, og man kunne ikke blive registreret hvis man ikke havde en adresse :-) |
First off I think it is important to bring more information to the table, like...
- what is your friends nationality
- what kind of buisiness
- what kind of funds are available.....
There are many silly and outright unreasonable things in the Danish systems, but one key is proof that you can pay your own way. There is - and should be - a huge difference whether you wish to start a Biotech Company with 100mill in allocated capital, or you want to sell odds and ends.
While the political winds, and the public sector administrators do not follow normal logic, generally it is about proving that you are an asset to society - that is the same in other countries.
Btw. I dont know what the lawyors WHO are registering bulk Companies do/demand.
