Sponsorship and taxes

Hi all!

Could someone help me to clear up the tax rules on sponsorships? If I, as an owner of a small startup, receive sponsorship from a business do I pay tax from it? If yes, how much?

I have read somewhere that I am not tax liable if the amount is under DKK 50,000.
