Raw storage for photographers idea

I had this idea for amateur/semi pro photographers

Upload raws to amazon via an interface on mac/pc or browser

View raws in browser or interface (maybe running on WordPress)

Store raws on Amazon Person pays for storage + yearly fee

Is it possible to view raws?

Why would it not have been done before by someone else?
