Software Developer position at ChurchWeb

ChurchWeb is a game changing SaaS app that significantly changes the way churches work. Our tools help people in and around the church work smarter, more transparent, and collaborative.

We are high growth start up with a team of 10 dedicated, nice-to-be-around guys. At this point we serve more than 1,000 users and 70,000 monthly visitors in churches that have already changed their way of working and many are about to join. ChurchWeb is now entering Germany and other countries. The position is full time and on-site. There is absolutely no requirement of any connection to the church.

Your responsibilities will be working with other team members to design and develop new features, maintain the product, and make sure ChurchWeb is second to none when it comes to usability, relevance, and user experience. You will have great opportunity to define your work and grow with complex challenges in a fast moving company.

Required skills:

• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS experience
• Strong PHP experience
• jQuery
• Experience with Drupal/Wordpress/Joomla etc.

The ideal candidate has several of the following:

• Drupal 7 experience
• Experience with SVN/GIT
• Linux experience
• Performance optimizations of MySQL/PHP/Apache/nginx experience
• Cloud experience
• Active in open-source
• Knowledge of testing frameworks
