Produced in Poland, looking for a partner

my name is Steve. I got question from my friend in Poland about possibility to find a partner in Denmark for huge web service he has: Produced in Poland. He is looking for one who wants to work with this project in Denmark. He already has people in other countries in EU who is working with this project.

About project: web-service where people can find lots of quality products produced in Poland. Very simple. No one will asking for money to be in the project. :-)
