Seeking partnership for a lucrative Lounge/ Gallery idea

Dear Amino-ers

My family owns an architect firm abroad where we do interior decoration and custom design furniture.

We are interested in expanding in Denmark by opening a furniture gallery / Lounge in Copenhagen K area.

After a detailed and intensive research for over 3 months, we realized that the idea hasn't been implemented in Copenhagen, and we believe it will be a new hit.  

The place will exhibit the furniture and serve special Mediterranean appetizers along side alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (Lounge/bar). We will take care of importing the furniture from abroad, decorating the place, serving the appetizers, however, we still lack the place. 

To be more specific, we are looking for someone with an empty place in a strategic location in Copenhagen K to partner with us. He/she will participate in the place alone and we will take care of the rest. 

The place will also act as our head office for other architect activities such as contracts for designing clubs, interior decoration of big hotels, etc... 

Renting such strategic places in Copenhagen K is quite expensive and beyond our budget at the moment (since we are new in the market) therefore, a partnership will reduce our costs.
