feedback.. shisha bar+Cafee

I would like to hear your suggestions and critics. Ever been to a trendy,modern shisha bar? They are great places in the u.k to socialise and relax. I would like combine a cofee shop with a shisha bar. Would this work. Has anyone experience in this field any ideas as to set up costs etc....
