Start up inkøb service.

Hi id like to know from anyone who has experience in ikøbe in denmark. Ive been thinking of imoportin fx.. frozen indian food thats ready to serve and other products also....Where would I start and what are the rules in denmark. I can get contacts for other products also mainly form u.k and dubai. Should I set up as an inkøbe or is there a market to provide this service for outsourcing products for others in denmark?
