Hi there,

I am planing to buy van to deliver goods for small business customers or furniture for private customers. I am thinking to register business as Enkeltmandsvirksomheder: sole proprietor .

However, I am wondering if I can register a van with "guldplade" for this type of business?

Is there something else I should have in mind?

I appreciate your help!

Hi Fisker Karma

Once you have registered as a "Enkeltmandsvirksomhed" you get a CVR-nr., that you can use in connection to buying a van (yellow plates).

This means the van is 100% business car, and it vannot be used to private purposes. You can deduct the VAT in your first payment of VAT, and all cost on the van vill be deductable.
