Hej all, apologies for coming on here and not writing in Danish but I am struggling trying to find the right answers for this one and my Danish grammar would only make you laugh :)
I have set-up my own business 3-4 months ago and have now set-up an etableringskonto and am about to invest money in it to save on some restskat.
I will use the money to spend on marketing and advertising so have no worries about what I should use it for but what I understand I have to send a receipt or faktura to my bank before I can remove funds from the account but don't understand what happens then?
Do I pay the money from my private account, send the faktura to my bank and then they take the money out of the etableringskonto and place it into my private account???
I would also like to know if my business needs to make a certain amount of revenue before I am allowed to use one of these accounts or take money from the account?
Appreciate all the help I can get, seems SKAT and my local bank managers are clueless.
Thanks Jette, seems I bank with the wrong people because the advisors at Danske Bank don't seem to have a clue about etableringskonto's, have spent my last 2-3 days on the phone to them to try and figure it out with them but got nowhere. :(
I just used on of the business account bankers, it is not possible to have a card or transfer money from the etableringskonto which is why I wanted to be sure of how I can remove the money what I will invest.
You either have to invest in a business buying shares or more likely spent money (113.900 DKK) on cost related to your business before the money can be released.
