Hello I worked with a revisor. He agreed to do accounting for my firm. He only did reporting once lonsumafgift, 4 payslips and converting from IVS to ApS. I paid 14000 DK to him in installments. He havent made annual report for the last two years. At the end he kicked me out. So is he not responsible for not fulfilling his promise? Is there any way to handle this kind of situations, is there any board to make complain in Denmark? BR AMVA1929 |
What do you have for written agreement? - The price 14.000 for converting IVS to ApS AND lønsumsafgift and payslips - is probably done based on accounting which the auditor maybe did - and 14.000 is then a very nice price in total
He is obliged to follow the written contract - does that say convertion IVS to ApS - lønsum and payslips + accounting and 2 full years annual report for the 14.000 then his must complete that, unless you give him reasons not to be able to - if he does not get the correct material for you, but it is ONLY if you have a clear written agreement he is violating, that you can do anything here
