Bancruptcy

Hello, i have a question , i had a case runing 4 years in the court(i bought a car that was missing many info that was stated when i bouth the car) i return the car but after 4 years in court the court decide that the car dealer need to pay me just 3000 dkk because him dint sell me what was stated in the contract, and i left to pay 345.000 dkk plus what alredy i payed 120.000 dkk in legal cost. my question is , if i fill up for bancrupty privat my engkeltvirsomehed vill be affected to ?
