Sorry to ask my question in English. I am a part-time employee with company and I received an offer to work once a week for another company as an independent. I am unsure about choosing the right social status. What is the difference between being a freelancer with a "Enkeltmandsvirksomhed" and without ? I understood that I can deduce of my profit the purchase of a computer for instance. Regards, Adriaan |
It is not a freechoice. IF what you do is actually not independent job where you have risk (outside not being paid) and more than one custover (and other things) then tax could put tax on you vat and you could get a fine and all deductions could be lost
As an Independent you may deduct certain things yes - but it has to be trust in the definiton as Independent and not just an employer not wanting to follow kildeskat or you wanting extras
I cannot get closer here - only in danish https://johnhannover.blogspot.com/2018/09/lnmodtager-eller-fakturere-som.html
