My wife and I are planning on opening a cleaning company. We have a lot of experience and years within the industry and she is a great sales person, so we think we may have a good shot. Does anyone has some inputs in how do you find clients, how do you calculate the offer for them, if you think is necesarry to have one of those management apps right away, or anything that might help in the beginnings to get at least the first contract? First of all allow me to say what an excellently exceptional original idea a cleaning company.
Secondly I can only say think different in your marketing. And forget all this expensive shit until you've made your first sale.
For an example you could create a YouTube channel with cleaning tutorials. Or better yet a clean the impossible channel.
Secondly you could start an instagram theme page for clean floors or something like that.
And thirdly you could.... (I'm leaving this up to you!)?
