I have seen that some people are using the 1-click install for wordpress,

If you don't want your site to get hacked you should NOT be doing this.

To make it simple, the one click install does not add in the extra security that is needed to keep out hackers.

I have make a blog post about it here

But to make it short, its missing these:

custom username
Salt
custom password
custom database prefix
and on some hosts, i have heard it is missing the danish version of wordpress

Here is how you can install wordpress manually

The Softaculous 1-click-installer that Meebox (and others) use have all the features you mentioned, so I can't see why I wouldn't use it.

Alt dette kan man jo ændre hos langt de fleste udbydere! Så jeg kan ikke rigtigt se at det skullle være et stort sikkerhedsproblem at lave en 1 klil installation? Jeg ser derimod mange glemme at opdatere deres WP og det er da i mine øjne langt værre, i klik install eller ej
