Hi,

I want to start a legal entity in Denmark for my freelancing job so that its easy for the employer to do the invoicing. I am from India and will be residing in Denmark for about 2years. I have Danish work permit.

Please tell me the steps how to start a legal enitity here in Copenhagen. Which offices should i go to which will do the stuff for me.
