HELP Fødevare mærkning!!!!!!!

I have a number of food products that i would like to introduce to Supermarkets in Denmark.
I have been in discussions with the supermarkets, and they have agreed to sell my products - FANTASTIC ....or so i thought !!!!
I have a mixture of Italian, Organic and sugar free lines need to be certified for sale in Denmark.
I have checked all the products myself, with regards to the products ingredients, but would like to be 100% certain about "anprisninger" etc.
I have been in touch with Eurofins, and Dansk Vare Fakta, and to my horror, i have worked out, that it is going to cost me around 400,000 DKK !!!!!!!!!!!
Now, i'm no mathematical genius, but this sort of money is way, way, way out of my league, and i don't even play lotto !!!
I am hoping to find a person, who is either retired from the food industry in some way, a university student etc, who can take a look at my products, together with me fifnecessary, and not "officially approve", but just help ME, by using their abilities/ knowledge within the industry.
If you know anyone who could possibly help me, i would be very grateful if you would please forward this mail onto them.
Without some advice(paid of course!!), i am not prepared to take any risks with the authorities, and i have to be 100% certain that everything is as it should be.
This sort of startup cost,as you can understand, is totally out of the question, and i find it incredible that companies can be ALLOWED to charge up to 1350 kr per PRODUCT.
I would be most grateful if anyone can help me in any way, or my business is a total non starter.
