Help starting a business

Hi, I heard about this website and I would like to know some basic stuff…

Probably what I would ask is already answered before, but for me is a bit hard to find all the information in Danish, also in sites like, skat.dk, virk.dk, cvr.dk, is not so English friendly…

So I hope you can help me with this

I would like to know what the basic steps to open a company are.

 As far as I know I should get a CVR number and have a TAX ID.

For the CVR number, I just go to cvr.dk and register? How about the tax id?

I’m thinking about start a company with a friend, providing services (not selling products).

I’m a Danish citizen, but I’m learning Danish, but all the websites when you change to English information, they just show you how to open a foreign company in Denmark, instead of how to open a Danish company in Denmark. So I would like maybe to be guided a little bit on the first steps of opening and registration of a company.
