Suggest me an advocate for my ApS

Hello all,

I would like to seek help from the advocate.

A office wrongly assessed my documents. Revoked my permissions of my company.

Thus I made loss in the company. I cant pay salary from my company. I am only dependent on my company.

consequently my personal finances got messed up due to their mishandling.

Please suggest me an advocate for ApS. Or is there any organization can help me because lawyers always expensive. Please give me a possible solution.

You could contact Jacob Tøjner fra www.ditselskab.dk but you must make a much clearer description of the problem

Which office changed your document?
Which documents and how did that “office” access the documents?
Is it Erhvervs og selskabsstyrelsen/virk which revoked you permission to the CVR in your ApS?
And this has nothing to do with IVS – now forced to re-register to ApS?

Its not erhverv, I would think disclosing in public can cause some problems.

But, thanks for your suggestions. They have not come across my mind before. I will contact them.
