• Key Role:

The function of this position is more like that of a vice president’s role than a direct partner. It is similar to being second in authority. To be a direct partner, we should invest equal amounts of money/time. The partnership is seen as a long term deal, depending on how long the merging will last and how long the business will go on.

Profit Sharing:

• The division of the profits can be done in several ways. These are as follows:

1. If you invested the same amount of money as I did and worked 40 hours per week, you get more of the profits.
2. If you invested the same amount of money as I did and worked 20 hours per week, you get less of the profits.
3. If you invested the same amount of money as I did and worked 10 hours per week, you get less than less of the profits.

• Contracts and plans would have to  be in place. Every agreement needs to be done in writing. This is to ensure that both sides meet the required expectation of working a certain number of hours, or an equivalent amount. If, the deal is compromised, the share of profit is reduced. (fx, if you agree on 40 hours but can only do 20, we would just change the profit percent)
• Working as a subcontractor is also a great way to earn more for the business, so it will be a big bonus if there is an interest in pursuing That additional role. 

Proximal Requirement:

• Should reside close to Copenhagen.
• Able to personally meet up in Copenhagen or somewhere close by within an hour’s travel. This should be done once every fortnight.
• A meeting once to twice a week online for a video chat on Skype is also preferred.

Skills Needed:

• Spoken English must very good.
• Written English must be quite good, it does not need to be perfect.
• Additional Languages that are a bonus include Danish, German, and Swedish.
• Wide range of technical experience on computers, preferably on a Macintosh OS.
• Other useful skills that may be necessary include the following:

Personal Preference:

• Someone who is not originally from Denmark, with some understanding of how things are outside of Denmark and understanding how people pay less outside of Denmark and such.
• Someone who is a bit younger than I am, preferably, and with less business experience but with the eagerness to get a lot of experience and learn a lot.
• Should have kids or a family or be someone highly looked upon for stability. 
• Should be up for a full time or a part time job, or already has one. It also is great if one has his own business and if it is successful or breaking even, at least. 
• One can also be still a student, as long as they are well rounded, determined, know what they want, and already have proven themself.
• Confidence, a strong drive, and a positive outlook in life should also be part of one’s character.
