Hi, my name is mariah and I am a free lancer and doing it for many years. I also run a business page and sell products that I import form other countries. I developed my website 5 years ago and what problem I am facing now is that my sale has been decreasing quite a lot lately. I think people are only buying from the sites they like to watch, and are more user friendly. Please is anyone here to suggest me what should I do?.

Changing platform would by itself not really do that much. I don't know which site you are talking about, but make the site simple and make the customer journey as easy as possible. What is your conversation rate? If it's under 3% this is where your focus should be first. If your conversation rate is higher, you can start focusing on paid ads. Are your monthly traffic falling?
I think i have great design for my website still people tend to buy from other websites. What should I do?. Should I change it or should I stay like this?.
