I am a foreigner and I would like to set up an "APS" company in Denmark and hire a friend who lives in Denmark to run my company. Is there anybody here knows how I can set up this company, what kind of documents I need to prepare and How much money I need to use? If you can tell me the step by step, which would be very nice!
if you can afford investing 50.000 dkk in yourself - go for ApS directly and avoid IVS. IVS may give more problems financing and banking and have restricitions on dividend and it will cost you if you later - as many will - want to change to ApS

I want to set up an "APS" and the company's owner should be ME but I will hire my danish friend to run the company. I would like to know what documents I need to prepare in order to register online without using a lawyer or auditor. :)
Eventhough the company you mentioned can solve the regiteration problem as long as I pay it, they cannot make the paper for me which I need to prepare in my homeland, right? So I would like to know what documents I need to prepare from my homeland?

I dont think you need any other papers in your homeland than the Danish registration paper you will receive . The rest may be up to your tax but www.ditselskab.dk can answer those questions AND can request the relevant papers from you
