CTO co-founder wanted

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven individual to join an exciting start-up company as Chief Technology Officer taking charge of among other things website programming and platform development. We are seeking a solution driven individual with excellent work ethics, who is ready to become a co-founder of a start-up with a global addressable market and a high level of ambition. As a co-founder you will gain an equity stake in the company. The company is based in Copenhagen and London.

You will join a co-founder team of two dedicated individuals with backgrounds in investment banking. Thorough market research and fine-tuning of the business model has been completed and the concept is now ready to go to market. You will be a crucial element in getting the technical aspects ready for launch. The position is thought to be part-time initially, and subsequently evolve to full-time.

The company’s working language is Danish, however, you must be proficient in English as you will work with international colleagues and suppliers.

We are passionate about the company and want a co-founder, who is passionate and energetic about what he/she does.

Some travel should be expected.

About you

As a minimum hold a BSc or equivalent level education
Probably 25-35 years of age
Driven by outcomes, not hours
Experience of working with complex website development
Ideally experience of working with development for mobile platforms
Good project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

Take charge of developing web platform
Ensure optimal IT infrastructure
Coordinate with multiple freelancer developers
Coordinate with multiple IT suppliers such as Amazon, Google, TDC etc
Business development with the co-founder team
