Hi Aminoer,

I am planning to build a custom Wordpress Framework for Your Virtual Ninja Ltd. and our clients.

and offer some new services

I am thinking about some ideas, here are some:

  • 1-2 day builds for Splash package
  • monthly support fee of like 200DKK includes updates and emergency support
  • greatly reduced rate on technical support for previous clients maybe 200Dkk per hour
Different pricing options
  • 2500DKK for one page website (fx an affiliate page/email signup) with custom design
  • 6000DKK
  • 10000DKK
  • 15000DKK
  • 20000DKK+
I would like a theme that makes it easy and fast to setup the Splash websites very fast and cheap 
What makes mine different?
I have an eye for what looks clean and can provide my clients with clean conversion focused websites and a service  that is "made to do what it says on the box"
I am thinking of focusing more on helping people optimise their websites and web presence and in turn earn more money on the visitors they have.
Its nice to have a webshop for 30 000 - 50 000DKK but it doesnt help if
  • it costs 400DKK plus per hour to do any changes,
  • you dont have Google analytics installed or know how to use it
  • dont do split tests before making decisions
  • wait with the changes that NEED to be made because it costs so much
  • Your main solution to earn more in your shop is to throw lots of money at SEO or Adwords
  • You dont focus on converting the visitors you DO have.
What are your thoughts?
What kinda service do you need?
Is you main focus cost? or ROI? something else?

Det lyder da som et rigtig spændende tilbud, og jeg er helt enig i, at det ikke hjælper noget at investere i en meget dyr webshop, hvis du så ikke efterfølgende har råd til at optimere det. I sidste ende handler alting om konvertering, og en dyr webshop konverterer ikke altid nødvendigvis meget bedre.

Yes I took the webshop as an example, but it applies to all websites,

I am really starting to see what is missing from websites and have a feeling why so many people click away.

We spend so much time and effort getting them to visit, we should spend just as much or more time on getting them to stay :)
