CMP-Company ApS is a launch pad for start-ups and shared IP projects. We are experts in concept development, validation and execution; aligning product, market and go-to-market strategy with cutting edge tech. Our team covers full stack development, machine learning, mixed reality, design and business prowess.

CMP was founded 1,5 years ago and during this POC phase we have grown to be a profitable company of 12 direct employees [8x developers, 2x design & Modeling and 2x Business & Sales] with a plan to triple employee numbers through specialization during 2019. We have equity in projects ranging from eSports to Medtech with an increasing market cap of +DKK50m. These projects provide CMP with value & return based scalability while internally we continually seek process-based scalability.

We have consolidated what we have learnt over the past 1,5 years into a robust growth strategy for the company and have exciting new projects ready to launch.

There are several potential ways to invest and therefore the investment range is DKK4.000.000 – 8.000.000. In an investor we are looking for capital, network, knowledge and enthusiasm.

Investment capital is used to fund growth while increasing profitability therefore we will only spend in areas with a clear and calculated ROI. Such areas include sales & marketing, recruitment, new premises, bridging funded projects, sandboxed exploration and select direct investments.
