Den resterende del kommer fra dine oplevelser i hverdagen. Det er individuelt, hvad den enkelte stresses af.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;Den generelle opfattelse er at der er positiv og negativ stress. Kroppen derimod kan ikke skelne mellem dem. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Kroppen s&amp;aelig;ttes i alarmberedskab (kamp/flugt). Pulsen og blodtryk stiger og &amp;aring;ndedr&amp;aelig;ttet bliver mere intenst. Der kommer mere fedt og sukker i blodet, s&amp;aring; dine muskler har den energi som de har behov for. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;Du t&amp;aelig;nker anderledes og bliver mere fokuseret. Du handler instinktivt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;Ved langvarigt stress er kroppen konstant fyld med stresshormoner, hvilket er meget skadeligt for kroppen og for din hjerne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;Du mister overblikket, pr&amp;aelig;sterer mindre, bliver mindre social. Du har konstant forh&amp;oslash;jet blodtryk, og mere fedt og sukker i blodet end du har behov for, dvs. risikoen for hjertekarsygdomme for&amp;oslash;ges dramatisk. Dit immunforsvar sv&amp;aelig;kkes. Du f&amp;aring;r sv&amp;aelig;rere og sv&amp;aelig;rere ved at tage rationelle beslutninger. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;M&amp;aring;ske er det lige pr&amp;aelig;cis her, du allerhelst vil flygte. Allerhelst Skippe jobbet, skippe &amp;aelig;gteskabet. For de flestes vedkommende er det en rigtig godt at vente med den slags beslutninger til de er stressfri og kan tr&amp;aelig;ffe rationelle beslutninger igen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;Hvorfor er der mere stress nu end tidligere?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;Grunden til at stress bliver mere og mere fremherskende skal bl.a. s&amp;oslash;ges i den m&amp;aring;de vi og vores samfund udviklings p&amp;aring;, og den m&amp;aring;de vi lever p&amp;aring; i dag. Vi har masser af ambitioner og vil og tror vi skal v&amp;aelig;re perfekte. Vi skal have den perfekte uddannelse og det succesfulde job. Den perfekte partner, b&amp;oslash;rn, bolig og bil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNoSpacing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
