If you can convince Tax that you need that room for your ApS (you have a clear business need and work for real profit - otherwise it is rejected) and there is nothing private in the room and it does not serve as passage to other rooms in the flat - AND your boligforening allows a CVR registered company there, then yes. Many rentcompanies does not allow a CVR on the adress - and you need to either have it as your regular company adress or, register as P adress in CVR.

You can take the % of hire you pay for that exact m2 of the total hire paid to you monthly on contract.

If you owned the apartment then you could only get deduction for part of the tax on it and not just rent out part without full tax on it

Hello

Can I sublease my boligforening apartment to my ApS? Because iam using one room exclusively for office purpose (documents, office setup etc..)

Should I make a contract for that?
