Jeg er freelancer ved en kunde, som er en opgave jeg har fået i gennem et agent bureau.

Med nedenstående klausul, kan jeg så tage ansættelse ved kunden? Altså som privat person og ikke som freelancer.

1. Non-solicitation clause

1.1 For a period of one year after the Freelancer’s latest invoice date, the Freelancer will not take up assignments, neither directly nor indirectly, at any Customer at which the Freelancer has been engaged through the Company.

1.2 The Freelancer will not take up any assignment, neither directly nor indirectly, at any Customer to which the Company has introduced the Freelancer’s services for a period of one year after the introduction. Prior to introducing the Freelancer’s services to a Customer, the Company is obliged to obtain the Freelancer’s accept.

1.3 Obligations according to 1.1 include the Customer’s mother, sister and daughter companies and cover any mother, sister and daughter companies of the Freelancer.
