I think it could end up costing you more. It is not uncomplicated to set the price for taking over - not the IVS (that would not help it would still be the IVS running its business and would still be closed by force in the not to far future) but taking over assets at correct price - customer lists - goodwill - new bank new agreement with all - and then closing the IVS in an orderly fashion

I think it will be more expensive in the end that re-registering the present IVS to ApS

What is your opinion on Overtaking the IVS, with an APS company.

I was planning to invest additional 50.000 into my existing IVS company, which will, within 1 year, need to be converted into an APS company.

Since the entire conversion will cost a lot of money, around 15.000 to auditors, which i dont have to waste, isnt it simplier just to open the new APS company, and overtake my old IVS company?

Alle revisorer - men NU har de ofte nok at lave med erklæringer til kompensationsordningerne - så det bliver måske ikke helt let.
