I dette forum har vi fokus på, hvordan vi får varerne afsted til kunderne, hvordan returvarer håndteres, og hvordan man i det hele taget organiserer sin logistik, når målet er at være så effektiv som muligt. Vi kommer ofte ind på de eksterne leverandører: Posten, fragtmændene, lagerhotellerne og vognmandsvirksomhederne og vi diskuterer deres priser og vilkår, samt fordele og ulemper ved at in- eller outsource disse services.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Lovgivning omkring levering er også et vigtigt punkt, der er nært knyttet til service og logistik. Weng Fai is currently focusing on Tampines Town Hub; Sengkang General and Community Hospitals; Connexion at Farrer Park, a hospital and hotel complex; Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and several landscape projects in India, China, Indonesia and Myanmar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;YVONNE TAN (Director)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Yvonne graduated with first-class honours in Landscape Architecture from Lincoln University, New Zealand. She brings to the team 20 years of local and international experience in landscape planning, landscape architecture and urban design. More than 9 years of her work experience were dedicated to China and India. Yvonne has delivered a diverse range of projects &amp;ndash; including mixed-use, residential, commercial, civic spaces, institutions, hospitality, recreational and park &lt;a href="https://www.etsy.com/au/teams/24359/dp-consultants"&gt;infrastructure&lt;/a&gt; as well as waterfront projects. She has expertise in operating as a liaison for clients, hardscape and softscape design, project management and administration as well as detailing and production. Her current projects include Tampines Town Hub in Singapore and several mega mixed-use developments in China, India and Indonesia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;VARIT CHAROENVEINGVECHKIT (Senior Associate)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Varit Charoenveingvechkit joined DP Architects upon his graduation from Chulalongkorn University in 2004 with a degree in &lt;a href="https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/dp-consultants"&gt;Landscape Architecture&lt;/a&gt;. The winner of the design competition for &amp;lsquo;Chatuchak Metropolitan Park&amp;rsquo; held during his undergraduate days, he has since gained more than ten years of experience working on healthcare, religious and residential developments as well as commercial and residential entry plazas and roof gardens. Prominent projects in his portfolio include Sengkang General and Community Hospitals and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Fulong Century Centre in Xiamen and The Esplanade in Tianjin, China. His current project of focus is Orchard Hotel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;TAN SZE WEI (Arborist)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Tan Sze Wei graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Botany and is a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture (USA). Her professional experience includes arborist consultation, landscape and planting design and &lt;a href="https://readymag.com/u50308677/65980"&gt;project management&lt;/a&gt; of various landscape upgrading schemes for Sentosa Island and Sentosa Cove. Working alongside international specialists, including Australian landscape designer Jamie Durie and German horticultural consultant Norbert Nuhues, has also broadened her knowledge and provided her with valuable exposure in arboriculture and landscape consultation. Prominent projects in her arboriculture consultation portfolio include Singapore Sports Hub and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
