Hello,

We're running the site boligsurf.dk which is a rental property website to help landlords and tenants meet in a secure way. Our vision is to fix the rental property market in Scandinavia - and the rest of the world.
We're in the process of deploying the site to the Swedish market, for that reason we're looking for a native Swedish talent who want to be responsible of getting us setup in Sweden. You'll get a big part of the revenue from all the sales in Sweden.
Your responsibilities would be:
-Make agreements with landlords to make them use our site
-Marketing
-Support by phone and email
-Market analysis
-Everything else you might come up with to make our Swedish site run smoother

What we expect from you:
-You are willing to go all-in this project, and you want to help the Swedish landlords and tenants to get a better expirence.
-You don't give up easily, and you're willing to do what it takes to get things done.
-You wanna have fun with us while getting rich and blasting out competitors out of the way ;)

The deal:
You will not get paid a fixed salary, but instead a big lump of the revenue. This can we negotiated, but 50% up to a turnover up to 1M and then 30% up to 10M, and then 20% would be fine with us.
We will take care of the platform and all the technical stuff, you just need to focus on getting the customers.
