jeg har fået lavet en database og det fungere og jeg er ved at indstallere magento, så i installationsguiden er jeg kommet til Configuration hvor jeg skal connecte til database.

Mit spørgsmål er så hvor finder jeg ud af hvad min host er? bruger meebox

Du skal starte med at lave en ny mysql database.

Jeg vil anbefale at ud unzipper på din computer og uploader filerne.

Så skal du finde install filen og skrive den ind i din browser.

Jeg har fået den her installerings pdf, men kan ikke helt finde ud, jeg bruger meebox til webhotel, nogen der kan hjælpe mig ?

Thanks for purchasing this theme. These instructions will get you up and running in Magento quickly. You can choose install quickstart package or only template:

I. Install Quickstart package:

This installation guide only applies for new installation. Quickstart package = Latest Magento version + Full MA extesions + Sample database same like in live demo site. Setup Instructions: -----------------------------------------------

Step 1: Create new database and import database sample ( ma_carstore.sql or ma_carstore.sql.gz) in database folder.

Step 2: Extract and Upload the whole Quickstart package (app, js, skin ... in ma_carstore_quickstart folder)toyourserver

Step 3: Open browser and navigate to your site (where the quickstart uploaded) to load default Magento installer with the database you just created and import database sample.

Step 4: Step by step to follow the instructions Step 5: Finish installer (Important note ( at step 3 of installation - Configuration page) )

II. Install template

Setup Instructions: ------------------------------------------------

Step 1: Please unzip package (ma_carstore_template.zip ) and upload the folder ( app, skin) from the theme package to the root directory of your magento software using an FTP client.

Step 2:

Please go to Magento Admin >> System >> Configuration >> Design, write “ma_carstore” in Themes/Default input box and click “Save Config” button.

Step 3:

Clear the store cache under Magento Admin >> System >> Cache Management and all cookies for your store domain. It might be necessary in case something goes wrong.

Step 4:

Create CMS pages and CMS static blocks in Magento backend. Copy/paste from source files inside in content folder: /content/cms page/ /content/Static block/

Step5: Install extensions and configuration

Please unzip package and upload the folder extensions (app, skin, js ) in ma_carstore_extensions.zip file ) from the theme package to the root directory of your magento software using an FTP client. You go to admin => System => Configuration => Select module you need config in the MAGENTOTHEM tab in left side bar. Configuration extensions like file inside “extensions configuration” folder.

Step6: Choose theme color and main menu style

Please go to Magento Admin >> System >> Configuration >> Magentothem >> Theme Options tab then choose theme color, menu style and click “Save Config” button
